Symptoms that tells you you’re eating too much salt

A drop of it in a soup, a couple of grains on your cooked egg: a ton of dishes can be made significantly more delectable by including somewhat salt. According to research, an adult who consumes 3.5 grams of salt each day is likely to have headaches almost one-third more often than people who’ve only consumed 1.5 grams.

Retaining moisture
Are your fingers swollen? This is as a result of your body retaining a lot moisture. Which can be as a result of consuming too much salt. The simple solution is to drink plenty water. This will eradicate the salt from your body.

How much salt a day?
Adults shouldn’t consume more than six grams of salt a day. That’s the equivalent of about one teaspoon. The easiest way to reduce your salt intake is to eat fresh and healthy foods. Generally speaking, processed foods contain the most salt.
