He commented the leadership and the entire motorcycle body in the state. He admonished the group to seat up in tackling bad elements who disguised themselves as members of the association to commit all manners of atrocity, noting that Security remains one of the cardinal point of Gov Udom Emmanuel administration.
Earlier, the president of the group, Deacon Okon Edet said that the group came to Identify with the commissioner, to reaffirm their support to the government and leadership quality of the state Governor Deac. Udom Emmanuel.
The president of AMOTA thanked the State Governor for appointing a cerebral politician in the person of Chief Uno Etim Uno, to man the affairs of Transporters in the state. Deac. Edet, used the occasion to table their dismay over unnecessary selling of toll gate tickets by some person’s who claim to be agent from local government areas in the state.
He stated it clearly that most of those who sells the said ticket are not members of AMOTA and it wasn’t proper for a stranger to be incharge of the toll gate, as this might trigger unwarranted problem for the Association.
