Everybody wishes to sleep for the recommended eight hours and wake up feeling fresh, energized and ready to face the day ahead. PREPARE FOR A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP
There is much more to preparing for bed than brushing your teeth and wearing pajamas if you want to enjoy your sleep and wake up feeling energized. The two are obviously vital but to ensure that you have a wonderful morning you should make sure to do the following as you prepare for a good night’s sleep.
#1 MAINTAIN A ROUTINE
One cannot overemphasize the importance of keeping a sleep routine. A sleep routine entails going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time each day. It is such an important part of a healthy sleep habit that many experts will recommend this as one of the natural remedies for insomnia. Following a routine will help the body adopt a natural rhythm, and so you will be able to fall asleep naturally and waking up will also feel automatic.
